Bidxact LLC ("we", "us") operates bidxact.com and is the data controller of the personal data described below.

1. Data we collect

Contact details you provide: name, email, phone number, company name, city/address.

Payment information: only as needed to fulfill an order, processed securely.

Project files: drawings and documents you send us for estimating.

Device information collected automatically: browser type, IP address, time zone, pages viewed, referring site.

2. How we use your data

To provide our estimating services and fulfill agreements with you.

To communicate with you about your orders, projects and support requests, including by phone, call or SMS, only in direct response to your inquiry or transaction.

To maintain and secure the website and detect abuse.

To compile anonymous usage statistics that do not identify any individual.

3. No third-party sharing and no marketing use

We do not sell, rent, share or disclose your personal data, including your phone number and any call or SMS data, to third parties or affiliates. We do not use your personal data for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing purposes.

The only exceptions are disclosures required by law (see section 6) and service providers who process data strictly on our behalf to deliver the service. They are contractually barred from using it for any other purpose.
